I'm officially on maternity leave!

It has been very quiet here on the blog for the past couple of months as I've been trying to finish up sessions and get ready for our new baby! I'll be on maternity leave from now until April 2012. I'll be booking newborn and family sessions again in the spring 2012. We are expecting our baby girl in mid-October, so I'm sure I'll be back with lots of photos of her in the meantime!

Unfortunately I won't be doing any fall mini sessions or designing custom holiday cards this year. If you'd like to use your 2011 photos on a holiday card, please contact me, I'd be happy to upload your photos to tinyprints.com so you can design your own cards.

If you need a photographer this fall, please contact me, I'd be happy to recommend another great local photographer.

This little angel is one! - New Jersey Baby Photography

I can't believe it's been almost a year since this little angel had her newborn session (newborn blog post HERE) Her mom wanted one year photos done, but since her birthday is right around my due date, we had to schedule it about a month before her actual birthday. She has changed so much and has developed quite the cute little personality! I just love watching these little ones grow up!

It was so great to see this family again and so fun to see how these boys have grown. (last year's session HERE). We almost got rained out and actually had to move from one park to another to avoid the rain, but we ended up having a great time exploring the park! Great to see you again A family!

I last photographed these three adorable girls when the twins were newborns (blog post HERE). They are one year old already, and with three girls under 3 years old, mom and dad are just as busy as ever :) I just love watching these little ones grow!

Welcome brand new baby R! He has a big brother, Mr. L, who's all of 21 months old, who wasn't feeling well and was running a bit of a fever on photo day, but believe me, he's just as cute! I'm sure they will grow up to be the best of friends. Congratulations T family on your newest addition, baby R is an absolute angel!

Baby J was such a little angel for our session. He's just over 2 weeks old, so I was a little afraid he wouldn't want to sleep, but he was so easy going. He would give out occasional squawks when I'd move him, but he always settled right back down. It was so great to meet you G family, especially your perfect little angel Baby J!

Three adorable boys - Somerset County NJ Family Photographer

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of meeting up with the S family again to get some updated photos with their three boys (here they are last year). Their oldest, Mr. D is just learning how to climb a tree (named Bob :)), and he really loves getting up high in the branches. His little brother Mr. A loves hanging out on the lower limbs, but I have a feeling he'll be climbing up into the tree in no time.
